Reflections on events

A really useful and thought-provoking post by Mark Braggins with lots of suggestions on how to make unconferences work even better, based on his experiences of attending various events recently. He makes some good suggestions on including remote attenders, and points about access for disabled people. There is also a picture of cakes at an unconference.
