This is a thought-provoking post to read, especially for any involved with staff training or communications. Sarah Ball includes some useful links and ideas for improving accessibility to written material. Having someone who needs information to be more accessible to say what she needs and to give feedback in an exercise at such an event seems an excellent idea.

Weekly Blog Club was set up in early January 2012 to encourage people to blog regularly, and especially to encourage those working in and with the public sector, charities and voluntary organisations in the UK to find their own 'voice' through writing.
