London 2013- International Forum on Quality & Safety in Healthcare by The Patient Safety Team

Maureen Stevenson, Laura Graham, Mhairi Hastings, and Natalie Oakes went to BMJ/IHI International Forum on Quality and Safety in Healthcare with poster displays and came back “inspired,” “motivated,” and “awed.” They share some of the main points, including extraordinary work being done in the developing world, and Robert Francis QC talking about the Mid Staffordshire NHS Foundation Trust Public Inquiry.
