Oh So Quiet?

This week Lorna Prescott shares a seminar she went to and reflects on a ‘You haven’t said much’ comment made by one of the other participants. Lorna blogs about how she might have struggled to be heard over all the ‘noise’, especially with a differing view, and how good facilitation can help ensure greater participation. Lorna shares what she was actually doing during the seminar – and how being quiet can actually be quite useful.
