In memory of Hillsborough

The Hillsborough disaster of 15th April 1989 has been much in the news and on current affairs programmes in the UK this week as the government formally acknowledged that there had been a cover up of what had gone wrong.

Carolyne Mitchell tackles this painfully emotional topic for her Week 37 post. She reflects on how things might be different in this social media age, and how such a disaster would be reported differently.
